Frequently Asked Questions

How does Santa Claus Live TV work?

It’s easy! You can schedule a virtual session with Santa through our Booking Calendar. You answer a few simple questions (what is your child’s name, what would they like for Christmas, what Santa should know about them). Then you pay and book. You will get an email with our Zoom Link in it. On the day of the session, you will go on the Zoom link 5 minutes before your appointed time, and then Santa will let you in to the meeting! You and your child (or children) will have 5 to 7 minutes to talk with Santa.

Anything I should know before the session begins?

All you need to know is how to use Zoom on your computer or phone. We just need you on the Zoom link with your video, microphone, and sound on 5 minutes before the meeting. And yes, you can use Zoom on your smart phone. However, we recommend you use a computer or tablet for the full effect. Santa takes care of the rest!

Does it matter what time zone we’re in?

No. Make sure when placing your order you state what time zone you live in. Santa is in Central Time. It’s important that you list your time zone so Santa calls at the correct time where you live.

What if I have technical issues?

If a technical issue keeps you from your meeting with Santa, we can reschedule your session for another time. Simply email info@santaclauslivetv.com or text 270-331-2616.

Can I have multiple children in my session?

Sure! Just make sure when placing your order you include all their names, birthdays, what they’d like for Christmas, achievements, school, etc. That way Santa knows all about each child. To help you save money, we encourage you to do one Zoom session for all your kids at once rather than a separate session for each child. But, you can do separate sessions for each child if you wish.

Do you allow cancellations or reschedules?

Yes. We allow cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. We also allow one reschedule for you.
